Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator to support the daily IT operations of the organization. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain IT systems and equipment, assist with network and user administration, and ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Set up workstations, user accounts, email accounts, and system access for new employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system availability. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and support. Perform software installations, updates, and security patches. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and inventory. Support backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection. Assist in implementing IT projects and system improvements. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards. Document support requests and resolutions using the IT ticketing system. Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office technology. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Coordination. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered for junior-level positions.
