A leading contracting company is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Eastern Province and across the Kingdom.
If you have a strong understanding of the KSA construction market, an established industry network, and a proven ability to secure new projects, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.* Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.* Generate qualified leads and convert them into awarded projects.* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.* Lead negotiations and support the contract award process.* Achieve sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.* Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to develop a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.* Minimum *5 years of sales/business development experience* in the *KSA contracting industry*.* Proven track record of winning and closing construction projects.* Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province market is preferred.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.* Valid Saudi driving license is needed
