Job Description Overview AtkinsR alis is seeking a Project Director to lead high end project in a remote site in UAE. This role will oversee design reviews, programme & project management and site supervision across a complex, multi-package programme involving mixed use assets.You will act as the single point of contact between internal and external delivery teams, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of project objectives. The successful candidate will bring delivery experience to the programme. Your role A Project Director with experience in the delivery of high-rise and complex buildings programmes and projects, preferably with experience as a Construction Contractor in this field. A deep understanding of design and construction in the Middle East Construction Industry. Take full responsibility for all aspects of the successful delivery of the project in design and in the field, including all aspects of reporting progress, commercial and contractual management, change management, health, safety and environmental standards, sustainability requirements and close out documentation. The ability to manage and control the AMP Construction Contractors team, ensuring that they are adequately resourced and are fulfilling their contractual responsibilities in a timely manner. The ability to recognize shortfalls in performance of the AMP Construction Contractor through detailed monitoring of procurement activities, schedule, technical submissions, resourcing, leadership, and management capabilities and recommend and implement solutions. Overall, the Project Director should be an excellent collaborator who has a passion for creating a high performing team of project delivery professionals to deliver on time and to budget, whilst ensuring everyone working on the AMP project gets home safely every day.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Authorized representative of the Consultant to the Foundation with a minimum 10 years with the Consultant and relevant experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experienced in the delivery of Amphitheatre /large public venues development projects, design management, project management and construction supervision.
