As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and help shape a talent strategy that attracts top performers to fuel Mnzil's expansion.???? What You'll Own Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from sourcing to offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, etc.) Develop and maintain Mnzil's employer brand to attract top talent in the market Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent channels Support workforce planning discussions with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR team members as the function scales✅ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for building great teams????
