Lead the execution and monitoring of the organization's strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Develop and maintain the Strategic Management Office (SMO) execution framework, methodologies, and governance processes. Track the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved. Coordinate with business units and project owners to resolve execution issues and remove delivery obstacles. Prepare executive dashboards, strategy execution reports, and presentations for senior management and executive committees. Monitor KPIs, strategic objectives, and initiative performance against approved targets. Identify execution risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation plans. Facilitate governance meetings, portfolio review sessions, and strategy execution committees. Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives, budgets, and organizational priorities. Support benefits realization by measuring the outcomes and impact of strategic initiatives. Promote best practices in strategy execution, portfolio management, and performance monitoring.
