Masterplan Director | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Masterplan Director to lead the planning and delivery of a major mixed-use destination development in Riyadh.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the masterplanning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world-class design outcomes.
Key requirements:• 15+ years' experience in masterplanning, urban design, development or related disciplines• Proven leadership experience within a major developer, master developer or leading international consultancy• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments• Completion of at least one Golf Course Development project• Completion of at least one Luxury Hotel project• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience• GCC experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have delivered projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah
