تثبيت، تهيئة وصيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية واللاب توب ومحطات العمل. تشخيص وإصلاح عيوب الأجهزة. استبدال المكونات المعطوبة مثل ذاكرة الوصول العشوائي (RAM)، الأقراص الصلبة HDD/SSD، لوحات الأم، مزودات الطاقة، والمعالجات. إجراء صيانة وقائية لأنظمة الكمبيوتر.
تثبيت وصيانة شبكات LAN/WAN. تهيئة troubleshoot routers, switches, ونقاط الوصول اللاسلكي Wi-Fi. رصد أداء الشبكة وحل مشاكل الاتصال. إدارة كابلات الشبكة وصناديق التوصيل.
تثبيت وصيانة خوادم Windows/Linux. إدارة Active Directory وحسابات المستخدمين. إجراء النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة للخادم. رصد صحة وأداء الخادم.
