لقد ظهرت فرصة لانضمام فني رعاية الغرف الهندسية في جميرا جبل عمر. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذا الدور:
فهم قضايا الغرف الفندقية، أخذ المعدات اللازمة وتقييم المشكلات وإصلاحها بكفاءة.
أداء مهام الصيانة في الغرف، بما في ذلك الأعمال الكهربائية، والأثاث، وإصلاحات أساسية.
التعامل مع استفسارات النزلاء والفريق بشكل مهني وحل شكاوى رعاية الغرف على الفور.
إكمال أوامر العمل الموكلة، وفحص الغرف، وتوثيق جميع المهام المنفذة.
اختيار الأدوات وقطع الغيار الصحيحة من المتاجر والحفاظ على سجلات الاستخدام بدقة.
الإبلاغ عن الأضرار التي تم ملاحظتها في الغرف للمشرفين وتقديم الحلول المناسبة المقترحة.

سيكون للمرشح المثالي لهذا المنصب الخبرة والمؤهلات التالية:
من 1 إلى 2 سنوات من الخبرة في الدور نفسه مع منشأة فاخرة من فئة 5 نجوم.
التعليم الثانوي مطلوب؛ والشهادة المهنية والتأهيل الحرفي مفضل.
مهارات تقنية قوية في الحرفة، وإلمام أساسي بالحاسوب، ومعرفة بأنظمة السلامة والبناء.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتكيف مع بيئات متنوعة.

Roles & Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for Room Care Technician Engineering to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Understand guestroom-related issues, take the necessary equipment and assess and fix problems efficiently.
Perform maintenance tasks in rooms, including electrical, furniture, and basic repair jobs.
Handle guests and team inquiries professionally and resolve room care complaints promptly.
Complete assigned work orders, room inspections, and document all tasks performed.
Choose the correct tools and parts from stores and maintain accurate usage logs.
Report observed room damages to supervisors and recommended appropriate solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
1 2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.
