We're Hiring: Director of Sales Saraj Hospitality & Catering is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth across our hospitality and catering operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and secure new business opportunities in catering, events, and hospitality services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Requirements: • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality, catering, hotels, or events. • Strong business development and client relationship management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. • Ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
