Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finishing Carpenter role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Finishing Carpenter will execute detailed carpentry tasks such as installing trim, doors, moldings, cabinets, panels, and other interior finishes according to project plans and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, using hand tools and power tools, and ensuring all finished surfaces are aligned, smooth, and visually consistent. The role involves collaborating with site supervisors and other trades, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Finishing Carpenter is expected to meet project deadlines, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvements in workmanship and site practices.
Qualifications

Strong carpentry and finish carpentry skills, with experience in installing trim, doors, cabinets, and interior woodwork Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in finishing work, such as saws, drills, sanders, and measuring devices Knowledge of framing and basic structural carpentry to support accurate installation of finishes Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications, with strong attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow company safety guidelines and local regulations Previous experience as a finishing carpenter or similar role in residential or commercial construction Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including standing, lifting, and manual work for extended periods Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members
