سيكون المستشار العام المساعد في شركة قِدِّية للاستثمار مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم القانوني الشامل والإرشاد عبر مشاريع الشركة المتعددة وشُرَكائها، بما في ذلك Qiddiya Park Operations LLC—التي تشرف على تطوير مشاريع ترفيهية كبرى مثل متنزه Six Flags Theme Park ومتنزه Aquarabia Water Park.
يقتضي هذا الدور وجود محترف قانوني ماهر يمتلك خبرة عميقة في القانون التجاري والشرعي والبُنْية التحتية، وخصوصاً في قطاعات الترفيه وتكنولوجيا المعلومات مع تركيز على المنتجات والأنظمة الموجهة للمستهلك.
سيعمل المستشار العام المساعد كمرشد موثوق به، بالتعاون الوثيق مع عدة إدارات لتقليل المخاطر القانونية وضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
تشمل المسؤوليات الأساسية تقديم المشورة القانونية في مجموعة واسعة من المسائل المعاملاتية والتشغيلية، إدارة علاقات المستشارين الخارجيين، الإشراف على جهود حل النزاعات، والمساهمة في الإستراتيجية القانونية العامة لحماية مصالح الشركة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية تقديم المشورة القانونية والدعم في الوقت المناسب للفرق الداخلية والشركات التابعة.
المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ الأطر والعمليات القانونية التي تحمي أصول الشركة وتضمن الامتثال.
قيادة التفاوض وإدارة العقود والمعاملات القانونية الأخرى.
الإشراف على عمليات المطالبات وحل النزاعات، والتنسيق مع المستشارين الخارجيين عند اللزوم.
حزمة مزايا شاملة؛ درجة قانونية (بكالوريوس في القانون) أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ يفضل درجة متقدمة (Master of Laws أو Juris Doctor).
الحد الأدنى من 8 سنوات من الخبرة القانونية ذات الصلة، خاصة في الترفيه أو البنية التحتية أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
قبول مزاولة القانون في المملكة العربية السعودية مفضل؛ القبول في ولاية قضائية بنظام القانون العام ميزة إضافية.
مهارات تفاوض وتواصل وتفاعل بين الأشخاص قوية، مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية عبر فرق متعددة.
مهارات تحليلية ممتازة واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني ضمن بيئة ديناميكية.
إجادة ثنائية اللغة العربية والإنجليزية مرغوبة بشدة.

Job description
The Associate General Counsel at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance across the company's various projects and subsidiaries, including Qiddiya Park Operations LLC—which oversees the development of major entertainment projects such as Six Flags Theme Park and Aquarabia Water Park.
This role requires a skilled legal professional with deep expertise in corporate, commercial, and infrastructure law, especially within the leisure and IT sectors focusing on consumer-facing products and systems.
The Associate General Counsel will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with multiple departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include advising on a broad range of transactional and operational matters, managing external counsel relationships, overseeing dispute resolution efforts, and contributing to the overall legal strategy to safeguard the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities Provide timely, accurate legal advice and support to internal teams and subsidiaries.
Assist in developing and implementing legal frameworks and processes that protect company assets and ensure compliance.
Lead negotiation and management of contracts and other legal transactions.
Oversee claims and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
Comprehensive benefits package Law degree (LL.
B or equivalent) is required; advanced degree (LL.
M or Juris Doctor) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Admission to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred; admission in a common law jurisdiction is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English highly desirable.
