المرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- 5-10 سنوات من الخبرة الميدانية في مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة في التطويرات التجارية والرعاية الصحية والسكنية أو المختلطة الاستخدام.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare daily progress reports. Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 10 years of site experience in construction projects.
- Experience in commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
