Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to set menus and standards. Ensure proper food hygiene and safety practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Work closely with other kitchen and site staff. Support efficient food preparation and service operations.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Catering qualification or relevant training. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Experience & Skills: Previous experience in catering or kitchen operations; strong cooking and food preparation techniques; good understanding of ingredients and meal preparation; ability to work in a team environment.

Personal Attributes

Friendly and approachable personality; good communication skills (Arabic or English); ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
