Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the ERP or inventory management system Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliation Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss
Warehouse & Store Operationorganize warehouse/store layout for efficient storage and retrieveissue materials to project teams and departments based on approved requisitionensure all material movements are properly documented and authorizecoordinate transfer of materials between project sites and central warehouse when require
Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain records including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory summary Generate periodic inventory and consumption reports for management review Support internal and external inventory audit

Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations
