Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.

• Oversee regional finance teams to ensure alignment with company-wide financial strategies and objectives.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with departments to support overall business objectives and improve financial performance.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.

• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in the trading industry, preferably with hardware, building materials, or construction items.

• Strong knowledge of GCC financial regulations and practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
