Real Estate Marketing Lead

About the Role Lead our integrated real estate marketing operation — covering property management, facilities, sales, and leasing — with a clear mandate to maximize asset returns and achieve the highest occupancy and sales rates, in full compliance with the General Authority for Real Estate (REGA) regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Engineering.- Professional certifications are a strong advantage.
Experience- 5+ years in real estate marketing and property management in the Saudi market.- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.- Proven track record managing a diverse real estate portfolio (residential, commercial, administrative).

Skills & Competencies- Mastery of digital and traditional real estate marketing techniques and sales funnel management.- Deep familiarity with the Gov. Platforms such as Ejar platform, Wathiq system, and REGA regulations.- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).- Experience with Prop Tech tools and 3D virtual tours.- Strong analytical ability to interpret market reports and conduct feasibility studies.- Negotiation and deal-closing skills in a competitive environment.- Team leadership, performance management, and talent development.- Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.- Valid real estate broker or consultant license from REGA (or willingness to obtain one).
What You Will Drive- Comprehensive marketing plans for the company's real estate portfolio- End-to-end sales and leasing operations from promotion to contract execution- Lease contract follow-up and rent collection via the Ejar platform- Market analysis to identify opportunities and risks- Team development and performance within the property management division
