Role Description The Human Resources Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will help administer employee benefits, support performance management processes, and respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with managers to address personnel matters, contributing to HR initiatives that improve employee engagement, and preparing HR reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR functions. Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to help implement and communicate policies clearly. Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting workforce planning. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency with HR information systems and MS Office tools for documentation and reporting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is an advantage.
