توظف المراعي حالياً أكثر من 43,000 صانع جودة عبر الخليج ومصر والأردن.
في عام 2025، أعلنت المراعي عن صافي دخل قدره 2.4 مليار ريال من مبيعات قدرها 22 مليار ريال.

نحن نبحث عن مدير ضمان جودة تقسيمي لينضم إلى وحدة أعمال الألبان والتغذية الرضيع.
هذه الوظيفة مسؤولة عن دفع أداء الأعمال من خلال التزام كامل بأنظمة إدارة الجودة، مع تقديم قياديـة استراتيجية عبر وظائف الجودة وتقنياتها وفرقها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والجودة.
المتطلبات الأساسية
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الغذاء/الألبان، علم الميكروبات، العلوم التطبيقية، أو تخصص ذي صلة
- درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة
- شهادات مثل FSSC 22000، ISO 22000، ISO 9001 (يفضل المراجع القيادي)
الخبرة
- 10–15 سنة من الخبرة في إدارة الجودة في بيئة ألبان متعددة الجنسيات، تغذية الرضع، أو صيدلانية
- فهم قوي لمعايير سلامة الغذاء والمتطلبات التنظيمية وأنظمة الجودة
- الخبرة في التفاعل التنظيمي وإدارة الأزمات
- سجل حافل في بدء المنشآت والتوسعات وأنشطة التحقق
- قدرات تحليلية واتخاذ قرار وتخطيط استراتيجي قوية
المهارات الأساسية
- قيادة قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصالح
- محترف ذو توجه نحو النتائج ومستقل الدافع
- إدارة المشاريع والعمليات بفعالية
- القدرة على العمل عبر فرق متنوعة وتعاونية
- خبرة في تطوير برامج إدارة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء

Job Title: Divisional Quality Assurance Manager – Dairy / Infant Nutrition ( Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Divisional Quality Assurance Manager to join our Dairy & Infant Nutrition Business Unit.
This role is accountable for driving business performance through full compliance with Quality Management Systems, while providing strategic leadership across divisional quality functions, processes, and teams to achieve business and quality objectives.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, Applied Science, or related discipline
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred)
Experience
- 10–15 years of Quality Management experience within a multinational dairy, infant nutrition, or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- Experience in regulatory interaction and crisis management
- Proven track record in facility start-ups, expansions, and validation activities
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities
