Roles & Responsibilities

Design and Planning: Develop and design landscaping plans in collaboration with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Incorporate elements such as plants, trees, walkways, water features, and lighting systems to enhance the overall design and functionality of outdoor spaces. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of landscaping projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource management. Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Team Management: Lead a team of landscapers, horticulturists, and supporting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in landscape design and project management. Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, and soil science. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. A degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
