الإشراف وفحص الأعمال الميكانيكية في الموقع لضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة. متابعة أنشطة التثبيت والاختبار والتشغيل، تحديد عدم المطابقة والمتابعة لإجراءات التصحيح. التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بسلاسة. إعداد تقارير التفتيش والملاحظات الفنية.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها الحد الأدنى 7 سنوات من الخبرة الإجمالية على الأقل 3 سنوات خبرة مع شركة استشارات هندسية خبرة قوية في الإشراف الموقعي على الأعمال الميكانيكية (التكييف، السباكة، مكافحة الحريق، إلخ) معرفة جيدة بأنظمة السعودية والمعايير والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع خبرة في عمليات التفتيش الميدانية، مراقبة الجودة والتنسيق مع المقاولين مهارات عالية في الإبلاغ والتواصل يمكنه الانضمام فوراً
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and inspect mechanical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works Prepare inspection reports and technical observations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bacheloru0027s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 7 years of total experience At least 3 years of experience with an Engineering Consultancy Company Strong experience in site supervision of mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) Good knowledge of Saudi codes, standards and project specifications Experience in site inspections, quality control and coordination with contractors Strong reporting and communication skills Can join immediately
