Job Summary Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large and high-complexity projects or programs, ensuring execution within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and margin expectations. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for delivery performance, client satisfaction, risk and change governance, and senior stakeholder alignment, while mentoring more junior project managers and contributing to delivery excellence across the PDO.

Principal Duties & Detailed Job Description Complex Project / Program Delivery: Lead large and high-complexity projects or programs from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery against approved scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and contractual commitments. Financial & Margin Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue and cost tracking, and margin performance. Take corrective action where needed to protect financial outcomes. Risk, Issue & Change Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. Ensure disciplined governance and timely escalation of critical matters. Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary delivery lead for client stakeholders. Lead governance meetings, provide structured reporting, manage escalations, and maintain alignment throughout delivery. Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership: Coordinate internal delivery teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables across the project or program. Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Mentor Associate and Project Managers, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement of CNTXT’s Project Delivery Framework, tools, and practices

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, Business Administration) Work Experience Minimum 8+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital, cloud, or data transformation projects. Proven experience managing projects with significant budgets, multiple stakeholders, and elevated risk complexity. Certification/License PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification required. Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum) is desirable.
