Role Summary Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems and facilities. Supports daily FM operations, conducts inspections, resolves technical issues, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety). Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and maintenance procedures. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot system failures and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.3–7 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance engineering. Strong knowledge of building systems and FM best practices. Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems and engineering software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
