APEX Pharma is seeking a qualified and experienced Water Treatment & Utilities Technician to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in operating and maintaining water treatment and utility systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, with full awareness of GMP, safety, and quality compliance requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Thermocompressor systems.
• Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment units to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
• Execute chemical treatment activities in the facility for chilled water networks, water treatment stations, and boilers, in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor the operation and maintenance of boilers and air compressors to ensure optimum performance and availability.
• Operate and maintain various water pumps across the facility.
• Follow up calibration activities related to engineering utilities, including water treatment systems, boilers, and air compressors.
• Record periodic readings for all assigned utility systems and prepare the required maintenance and operation reports.
• Submit maintenance reports, operational data, and performance updates to the Engineering Manager in a timely manner.
• Ensure all utility and maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Apply occupational health and safety instructions in line with international standards and company procedures.
• Support inspection readiness and maintain proper documentation for all related systems and maintenance activities.
