Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will support engineering projects, assist senior engineers, and gain hands-on experience in design, installation, testing, and maintenance activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop technical expertise and grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical and/or mechanical systems. Support project planning, execution, and documentation. Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports. Participate in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Conduct basic engineering analysis and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution. Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors. Continuously learn and apply engineering best practices.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply Technical Skills Basic understanding of engineering principles related to electrical and/or mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Good organizational and time management skills.
