About the Role Pinnacle Infotech is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP BIM Coordinator to join the Janadriyah Project team in Qiddiya, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading MEP BIM coordination activities, ensuring seamless integration with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines, and supporting project delivery through effective BIM implementation and multidisciplinary collaboration. Note: While accommodation may be provided in Riyadh, the selected candidate will be required to work at the project site in Qiddiya and should be comfortable commuting to and working from the project loca
tion.
Key Roles & Responsibi
lities
BIM Coordination & Management Coordinate MEP BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and other project disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools and workflows. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements. Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, constructability, completeness, and coordination readiness. Coordinate design changes and ensure timely updates to BIM models and project delive
rables.
Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary BIM representative between the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Support construction teams through model reviews, technical clarifications, and BIM-related issue resolution. Participate in site meetings, coordination workshops, and multidisciplinary review sessions to resolve technical and construction challenges. Facilitate effective communication between design teams and construction teams to ensure smooth project ex
ecution.
Model Quality Assurance & Issue Management Monitor model quality and ensure adherence to project standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements. Manage model revisions, federated models, and data consistency across all disciplines. Track, document, and resolve BIM coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle. Generate clash detection reports, coordination reports, and progress updates for project stakeholders. Maintain records of RFIs, design changes, BIM deliverables, and coordination d
ecisions.
Project Delivery Support Support the production of coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models. Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in accordance with project schedules and milestones. Assist in implementing BIM best practices and continuously improving project workflows and coordination
processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in BIM coordination, with at least 2 years in an onsite MEP BIM coordination role. Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction-stage project delivery. Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects. Prior experience on projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, will be an added
advantage.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Auto CAD. Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination, clash detection, and BIM workflows. Knowledge of BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows. Ability to manage federated models and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM deliverables
effectively.
