Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the Arc Sight SIEM platform to ensure stability and availability Configure correlation rules, event workflows, and system settings Design and manage connectors (Smart Connectors & Flex Connectors) for log integration Handle log ingestion, parsing, normalization, and CEF mapping Onboard new log sources and coordinate with IT/SOC teams Troubleshoot issues related to connectors, logs, and parsing Perform patch updates and maintain system security Document configurations and processes Provide on-call support when required Requirements:3–5 years of experience in SIEM / cybersecurity / IT infrastructure Hands-on experience with Arc Sight ESM, Logger, and connectors Strong knowledge of log management, parsing, and event normalization Familiarity with CEF, Syslog, Windows logs, SNMP, etc. Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field Relevant SIEM/Arc Sight certification preferred Banking/financial domain experience is a plus Skills:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Good understanding of networks, Active Directory, and security systems
