Are you experienced in B2B lead generation and passionate about tech and ERP systems? ASCON is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a strong sales pipeline as we expand across the Gulf region.
What You’ll Do• Identify and connect with decision-makers in key industries (construction, pharma, car rentals, retail)• Build and manage lists of qualified prospects using Linked In, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, etc.• Qualify leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team• Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff• Track your work in our Jira-based CRM and hit monthly KPIs
What We’re Looking For• 1–3+ years of B2B lead generation or SDR/BDR experience• Experience in ERP, Saa S, or CRM sales• Fluent in English• GCC market familiarity, especially Saudi Arabia• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
