Role Description The UV/DTF Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Printing Solutions facility in Jeddah. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring UV and DTF printing machines to ensure accurate, high-quality output according to job specifications. Daily tasks include preparing materials and artwork files, performing test runs, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting prints for color accuracy, alignment, and defects. The operator will perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines and related equipment to minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, documenting production data, coordinating with the production team and supervisors, and supporting other printing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in machine operation, including setup, calibration, and safe use of UV and DTF printing machinery. Strong quality control skills, with the ability to inspect prints, identify defects, and make precise adjustments. Experience working with machinery and hand tools for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and machine adjustments. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, reporting issues, and following work instructions. Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment is preferred. Basic technical or mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and follow all workplace safety and PPE guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in printing or machinery operation is an advantage.
