Job Title: Barista
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a great café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations, counters, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other items as needed.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationals only
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for coffee culture.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekends, or night shifts as scheduled.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

• تحضير وتقديم القهوة، الشاي، والمشروبات الأخرى حسب معايير الجودة المعتمدة.
• معرفة بكيفية تشغيل معدات المقهى ماكينات القهوة، المطاحن الخ.. بشكل آمن.
• استقبال العملاء بابتسامة وتقديم خدمة احترافية وودودة.
• أخذ الطلبات بدقة وتنفيذ عمليات الدفع.
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المقهى طوال الوقت (الطاولات، الكاونتر، الأدوات).
• الالتزام التام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة الغذائية.
• اقتراح المنتجات والعروض لزيادة رضا العملاء والمبيعات.
• العمل بروح الفريق لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة عالية.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
• سعودي الجنسية
• يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في الباريستا أو خدمة العملاء حيث يوجد تدريب لدينا
• معرفة بأساسيات القهوة وإعدادها ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تواصل قوية وحسن تعامل مع العملاء.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئة سريعة.
• دقة، اهتمام بالنظافة، وحرص على جودة الخدمة.
• مرونة في العمل بنظام الشفتات، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
