Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the enterprise data architecture across large and diverse application landscape, ensuring data is well-structured, governed, secure, and reusable across operational, analytical, and digital use cases. The role operates within the Enterprise and Solution Architecture CoEs and ensure s alignment with Saudi national data regulations and standards (including NDMO and SDAIA)
Job Description:
Own and govern the end-to-end enterprise data architecture across the application domains, including ERP (Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion), Customer Care & Billing (C2M), Operations systems (WFM, GIS, SCADA, AMR, TMS, LIMS) Define and maintain data architecture standards and patterns covering Operational (transactional) data, Analytical and reporting data, Master and reference data, Data integration and replication Act as the data design authority for initiatives involving Oracle databases and schemas, Data replication (e.g., Oracle Golden Gate), ETL / ELT pipelines (e.g., Microsoft SSIS) Work closely with the Data Management Office (DMO) to Ensure NDMO and SDAIA compliance is embedded in data designs
Experience & Skills:
10–15 years of total IT experience, with deep focus on data architecture and data platform design.5+ years in a Data Architect or equivalent senior data design role. Proven hands-on and architectural experience with Oracle databases in mission-critical environments. Practical experience with Microsoft SSIS for enterprise data integration, Oracle Golden Gate or similar replication technologies Solid understanding of Data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), Operational vs analytical data patterns, Master and reference data concepts, Data quality, metadata, and lineage Familiarity with Saudi data regulatory frameworks, including NDMO policies and SDAIA data governance expectations.
