Roles & Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, deliverables, and potential delays
Financial Management
- Track project costs against budgets and identify variances
- Process payment applications, change orders, and invoices for approval
- Maintain cost tracking systems and prepare financial reports
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permit requirements, and contractual obligations
Quality & Safety Oversight
- Support quality assurance/quality control programs and inspection processes
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety plans and regulations
- Participate in site inspections and document observations
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of construction industry experience in progressively responsible roles
- Experience with commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects preferred

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, means, and materials
- Understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
