Hiring: Facility Management Manager (Startup)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

A startup company in the Facility Management sector is seeking an experienced professional to lead operations and build the maintenance team from the ground up.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management  

- Strong HVAC (Air Conditioning) expertise ⭐  

- Experience in building and managing technical teams (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)  

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a startup environment  

Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage operations and maintenance activities  

- Recruit and lead the technical team  

- Manage contracts and handle daily service requests  

- Develop processes and improve service quality
