We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarding Operation Executive / Agent to join our growing logistics team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Import & Export)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents
- Manage bookings, documentation, BL instructions, and shipping instructions
- Follow up on shipments, tracking, and delivery updates
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs
- Ensure smooth customs clearance coordination with brokers
- Maintain strong client communication and service updates
