Job Summary:The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing data, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency and performance within the sales function. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Maintain and manage customer data in CRM systems. Monitor sales orders, contracts, and invoicing processes. Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Support sales team with data insights and operational assistance. Track sales targets and assist in performance management. Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
