Part-Time Exam Invigilator Location:Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Employment Type:Part-Time (Weekends: Fridays & Saturdays) Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations in Abha. The role involves ensuring that all exam procedures are strictly followed, maintaining a secure and fair testing environment, and documenting the exam session through a comprehensive report submitted to management. Working Hours:Fridays & Saturdays only Minimum: 6 hours per day Maximum: 12 hours per day (depending on exam schedule) Compensation:$15 per hour Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations Verify candidate identity and ensure proper seating arrangements before the exam begins Observe candidates throughout the exam to prevent cheating or misconduct Handle any irregularities or incidents in accordance with exam policies Ensure a quiet and controlled testing environment at all times Complete a detailed exam session report, including attendance, incidents, and observations Submit reports promptly to management after each exam session Qualifications & Requirements:Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods Good communication and organizational skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Previous experience in invigilation or administrative roles is a plus Must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays
