  • Lead the execution of a SAR 800M hospitality project from construction to handover
  • Ensure delivery aligned with schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards
  • Manage all stakeholders including client, consultant, designers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee fit-out, finishing, MEP coordination, and high-end hotel standards
  • Lead contract administration, claims and Variation Orders (VO)
  • Ensure compliance with international hotel brand standards (if applicable)
  • Drive risk management and problem-solving across all project phases
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams (PM, Construction, QS, MEP, QA/QC)
