- Develop and implement the overall HR analytics strategy, aligning data, metrics, and reporting with HR and business priorities (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, Saudization, and organizational effectiveness). - Lead the design and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using SAP Success Factors, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and advanced DAX measures to monitor key HR KPIs such as headcount, turnover, engagement, and productivity.
-Utilize SQL and other query languages within SAP Success Factors and data platforms to extract, transform, and validate HR data for analytics and reporting purposes with high accuracy. - Establish standards and governance for HR data quality, including data definitions, validation rules, and processes to ensure consistent and reliable HR metrics across the organization. - Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Workforce Planning teams to identify analytical needs and develop models and tools that support decision‑making (e.g., scenario modelling, forecasting, and segmentation). - Lead the configuration and optimization of analytics and reporting capabilities within SAP Success Factors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development) to improve usability and adoption. - Provide expert support on DAX and SQL to build complex calculations, measures, and queries that enable dynamic reporting, drill‑downs, and interactive visualizations for HR and business leaders. - Manage HR analytics projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation review. - Build capability within HR by training and coaching HR team members on the use of reports, dashboards, and basic data interpretation. - Coordinate with IT, Finance, and other data owners to integrate HR data with enterprise data sources and ensure alignment of HR metrics with corporate reporting standards. - Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies in all HR data handling and reporting activities.
