At Syarah, we are transforming the car buying and selling experience across Saudi Arabia through innovation and technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team.

Syarah is seeking a skilled and proactive Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B) to manage supplier relationships and support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to handling suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B). Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow. Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of new vendors. Ensure compliance with Syarah procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong experience in dealing with suppliers and clients. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Good command of English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
