As a Supervisor – Gardening and Landscaping, you are responsible for overseeing daily landscaping and gardening operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and aesthetic appearance. You will supervise teams, coordinate activities, and ensure all services are delivered efficiently and in line with company standards.

Operations Supervision
Oversee daily gardening and landscaping activities to ensure smooth operations

Quality & Aesthetic Control
Ensure all landscaped areas are maintained to high standards of appearance and cleanliness

Team Supervision
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance

Planning & Scheduling
Plan and schedule gardening activities, ensuring proper coverage and timely execution

Equipment & Materials Management
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials

Service Coordination
Coordinate related services such as sanitation, pest control, and general cleaning

Compliance
Ensure all activities align with company policies and procedures

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited university

Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in general services such as sanitation, gardening, janitorial, and pest control services

Knowledge
Full and detailed knowledge of all aspects of landscaping, gardening, and related services

Language Proficiency Level A
Must communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, prepare reports, and understand safety rules

License Requirement
Driving license required

Competencies
Strong supervisory skills, planning ability, attention to detail, and effective communication
