التعليم Bachelor's degree / higher diploma

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and work procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Lead and mentor project teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in GCC (Saudi experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
