Job Title: Fleet Sales Specialist
Position Overview:
We are Automotive Company seeking a results-driven "Fleet Sales Specialist" to acquire and manage fleet accounts across sectors such as rental, leasing, construction, and logistics. The successful candidate will structure high-volume vehicle deals, manage pipeline and key accounts, monitor market activity, and coordinate deliveries with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition: Identify, engage and develop new fleet customers within rental, operational leasing, construction, and logistics sectors.
- Key Account Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients, review fleet renewal schedules, and present new models or offers ahead of competitors.
- Deal Structuring: Prepare tailored quotations, negotiate pricing and volume packages, and finalize agreements in accordance with company profitability guidelines.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities and confirmed orders; provide weekly updates on progress against targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor fleet offerings, tenders and government programs; provide timely, data-driven recommendations.
- Delivery Coordination: Liaise with logistics, finance and after-sales teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and adherence to contract terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B or fleet sales within the automotive industry in Saudi Arabia,
- Preference will be given to residents of Riyadh.
- Proven track record of closing high-volume vehicle deals.
- Valid driving license.
- Preferred: Proficiency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
