Follows and implements projectsâ€™ approved execution plans and time schedules and prepares regular relevant reports to the Site Manager Submits required daily, weekly and monthly projects progress reports to the Project Manager and assures information validity and veracity Identifies and reports to the Site Manager deviations from the baseline on monthly basis Monitors project site activities and ensures compliance with contractual responsibilities, companyâ€™s policies and procedures, safety and quality standards and regulations and internal audit report comments Monitors projects progresses and performances and ensures that quantity surveying is implemented and executed efficiently and effectively Accounts for health, safety, environmental (HSE) protection and housekeeping of project site Identifies problems and evaluates alternative solutions to best deliver projectâ€™s goals
