Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

·       Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

·       Develop and monitor construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

·       Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.

·       Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.

·       Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.

·       Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

·       Review and approve site reports, progress reports, and daily construction records.

·       Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to maintain productivity and discipline.

·       Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.

·       Ensure cost control and efficient use of resources to maintain project budgets.

·       Conduct regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to senior management.

Skills

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

·       Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management role.

·       Proven experience managing large-scale building projects such as residential complexes, commercial buildings, or institutional facilities.

·       Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and project coordination.

·       Familiarity with project planning tools and construction management software.

·       Experience in Gulf region projects, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
