Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals such as Bayt.com or LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
