Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) is a leading service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in maintenance operations, facility management, and technical support services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents such as RFPs and RFQs to understand the scope of work, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Identify mechanical system requirements including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, generators, and pumps.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and technical specifications.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, spare parts, and equipment.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and compare them technically and commercially.
  • Identify technical and commercial risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and submit competitive pricing proposals in coordination with the Business Development and Commercial teams.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical estimation, preferably in Facility Management (FM) projects.
  • Experience working with Operation & Maintenance (O&M) or Integrated FM contracts.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, pumps, and generators.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and lifecycle costing
