We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support and maintain various equipment within our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of all machinery used in slitting & packaging operations, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on slitting machine, AHU and other equipments.
- Timely calibration of equipment as per the calibration schedule.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
- Minimize downtime through effective root cause analysis and timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and calibration logs.
- Support equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with GMP, safety regulations, and documentation practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
