Lead a team of QA professionals in the creation and execution of test plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop and implement testing strategies for new and existing products.
Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
Facilitating defect triage sessions and collaborating with developers in resolving issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
Review test artifacts and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in both manual and automated testing approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies is a plus.
