Job Title: Contract Manager (EPC Projects) We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Manager to join our team for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Job Requirements:Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written). Proficient in the use of common office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite). Strong expertise in contract management and contract claims. Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and managing formal contractual correspondence. Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience. Previous experience in engineering companies or large-scale engineering/construction projects is required. Proven experience in EPC projects is mandatory. Ability to independently handle employer claims, variation orders, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and related negotiations. Strong understanding of contract risk management and dispute resolution procedures. Key Responsibilities:Oversee full contract administration throughout the EPC project lifecycle. Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms, technical specifications, and project requirements. Manage contract documentation and maintain systematic and accurate records. Independently prepare and manage claims, including employer claims, variations, EOT submissions, and counterclaims. Lead contractual negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Draft and manage formal contractual letters, notices, and commercial correspondences. Provide contractual advice, risk assessment, and commercial support to project teams.
