Coordinate with supply chain managers to streamline parts delivery processes, enhancing the speed and accuracy of inventory replenishment. Develop periodic inventory reports that provide insights into stock movement, usage trends, and forecasting accuracy, facilitating strategic inventory decisions. Engage with sales and service teams to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal fluctuations, ensuring parts availability aligns with projected sales drives.2Parts Identification & Cataloguing Utilize Stellantis’s proprietary parts database to accurately identify and categorize parts, ensuring compatibility with specific vehicle models and configurations. Train other team members on navigating and using the parts catalogue efficiently to minimize errors in parts selection and ordering. Develop easy-to-use guides and reference materials for less experienced staff to help identify parts quickly and accurately. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Stellantis genuine parts (Mopar for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; MOPAR for Fiat, Alfa Romeo) and their applications across various vehicle models in order to efficiently manage parts inventory, ensuring the right parts are readily available to meet dealership and customer needs.3Sales Support & Customer Consultation Provide expert advice to customers and service technicians on parts selection, including compatibility, advantages, and cost-benefit analysis. Maintain excellent communication with dealership service teams, parts departments, and Stellantis engineering teams.
