Summary:
We are looking for a Head Waiter to oversee the serving staff at our restaurant. The Head Waiter will be responsible for coordinating the dining room, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with staff training and supervision.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints
3. Assist in staff training, including proper serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction
4. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
6. Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests from customers
7. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a waiter or similar role
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team
4. Knowledge of food and beverage operations
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Certification in hospitality or relevant field would be a plus
